Proceedings

We are planning on two stages of publications: pre-proceedings and post-proceedings.

The pre-proceedings will be available at the workshop in the form of a CD-ROM, and contain initial versions of the selected papers and corresponding slide presentations (please see the workshop program for online materials).

The post-proceedings will likely be published as an LNCS volume of Springer Verlag.

Submission Information for Technical Papers and Presentations (Pre-proceedings)

Paper titles and extended abstracts of about 5 pages in length are due January 16, 2006. Please send them to the email address, given below. Submission is now closed.

In preparation of your full-length technical paper and PPT-presentation please keep in mind that the industry:academia ratio of workshop participants will be roughly 50:50. Therefore, please address both audiences when presenting your work.

Each technical presentation will last  30 minutes; please allow plenty of time (at least 10 minutes) for discussion.

Please submit

no later than March 7, 2006 (firm!) to the following email address:

Submission Information for Technical Papers (Post-proceedings)

For the post-proceedings we want to give the authors the opportunity to take the discussions at the workshop into account in revising their contributions; submission instructions for the post-proceedings will be announced during, or shortly after the workshop.

Update: Submission is now open (see invitation email). Please submit by October 27, 2006. Please follow the formatting instructions given below.

Formatting Instructions

Because the post-proceedings will likely be published as a volume of LNCS we suggest that you adhere to this format already in preparation of your pre-proceedings. We plan on 15-20 pages in LNCS style per contribution for the post-proceedings version.

Information on the LNCS format for (La)TeX and Word can be found here.
